Oi gente!
Have actually just a quick question. Have researched in the Forum and at the Consulate requested, unfortunately without success. That is why I try it here just once! I would like to in Germany the permanent visa for family reunification apply, to with my Brazilian wife in Brazil to live and to work.
According to http://berlim.Itamaraty.gov.br/de/FA...C3%BChrung.XML are among other things, these documents necessary:
-Original of the Declaration of commitments for Unterhaltsleistungund compliance with the residence requirements for the foreign spouse: legalization of signatures required.
-Registration certificate (required legalization) stating that the applicant (...) is domiciled within the jurisdiction of the consular section of the Embassy, translated by a sworn translator. The original of the certificate of registration must be be exit beforehand by the competent German authority. Until then, the legalization in the Embassy of Brazil is possible.
We have the documents where all only so far without legalization.
The question would be, if the Brazilian Embassy in Berlin only legalized documents (once send out and then get back) and I can apply the visa then only personally. Or you can with the documents to the Embassy and which make everything in one go (legalization + application)
The consular section had only several times stressed the documents would have to be complete, but to my question they have not responded.
Ich freue mich auf eure Antworten... Vielleicht meld ich mich ja auch mal an!
Steffen
