Standard AW: small hotel in Goiás

    Oi Uribe,
Pousada the question whether the owner so that money always, depends on the place and its attractiveness.
We should first clarify how the place is where your girlfriend wants to invstieren. The table Highlands / Serra since no known place is mesa according to Google and Lagoas (Lakes) there are many.
To do this it does well to whatever, if from the subject is so Swiss hotel management school visited 3 star chef, or at least times help waiter has been in the college days.

    Your skepticism is really appropriate.

Without information, the question is a little thin. I was 2 times in Goiásthat is a beautiful state and there are at least tourism. (Rio Quente and AltoParaiso) And we will come back because it's liked us.

    Thank you for your answer.
So, it is to my knowledge very near the small town of Niquelandia. Serra da Mesa is this large artificial reservoir which is suited very well for fishing.
My girlfriend thinks there is still not much competition and with beautiful, luxurious rooms could be to require 200 francs per night.
During the day, the guests would (out) Brasilia (coming from all over the world) then fish go.

Thinks that one might well live so and must begin to build is important now because still no competition there.

    Oi Uribe,
You can start more. Chapada dos Veadeiros is in Alto Paraíso, I know both.
To the northern part of Goiás should I know that so far away from the shot is, that it has presented the North this territory and from it made its own new State. Tocantins. This speaks not grade for the attractiveness of the area.

Of course there are the people from Brasiia close, but you take a weekend home, Rio, São Paulo or else where to. The city is so empty, the hotel room which cost in the week of 600 to 800 reais, are rented on weekends for 120 reais.

The North of Goiás, for example the Chapada is known for a simple tourist jeeps, riders, hikers, eco-Tousisten, Mystic etc., And for which there's only nature, mountains and waterfalls and cheap Pousadas. So for us the right. We have driven's worse we are 1000 km further north, according to Tocantins. Also very nice.

The Lake is a reservoir, there so most of course banks and traditional approaches. They are mostly artificially created, and because you focus Hotels and other tourist installations. And the real estate market is also firmly in local hands. Your site is so a sea access (that would be luck) otherwise there no town on the Lake (you are probably now under water). And a plot without road access, Lake access has no value.

Question 2: should it be a piece of sugar, comes to experience as a hotelier?

It is not just there in the Wallachia to build high-quality. Your wife sees that correctly if already then luxo with appropriate advertising etc. But the up. Main thing her since not just of cash. In any case, times reserved a room for us...

    Your skepticism is still entitled.

    Greeting
    Tiradentes

PS: Does you but with Tommy, who has the money and is looking for investments...

    Hello!

Beautiful area. I have times of Brasilia out visits.
We have traveled by bus and had a cheap room in a Pousada.
Most come naturally "Independent travellers" with your own car.
Much of this area is advertised in Brasilia.
Any travel agency offers travel there a programme.
Really "demanding" accommodations are not noticed.
Whether but "high-priced" accommodations promise success?
It takes a long time, until one has made "a name" and the business of running alone.
Until then, one must reach "through the rounds".

Remember well on a special experience:
