Standard Dual citizenship / entry / pass

    Hello
I read already a lot to dual citizenship (am been inferred from an other forum here) have however still have a few questions about the dual citizenship.

    Short to me:
My name is Pablo, I'm in Brazil born, have a German mother and one Brazilian father (now deceased). At the age of 4, I came to Germany (separation) and live for 18 years now here in Germany. I have a Brazilian children's passport (which is of course long since expired) and a Brazilian birth certificate, also since I'm a German passport. Now I would like to return to my high school diploma to Brazil, to discover new country, language, family and culture.

-According to Brazilian law, I am Brazilian, I should get back easily the Brazilian pass even with the birth certificate.
-According to German law, I am German (principle of birth?) Mother German, father of Brazilian). On my German passport, also "German" is a nationality.

    Now the questions:

-Must I apply for the Brazilian Passport before entering, or meets my German passport on which as place of birth Jaciara (Brazil) stands? Is where appropriate birth certificate necessary to enter?
-Is a travel only with Passport and tourist Visum(urspruenglich_geplant) not possible since I am Yes under Brazilian law Brasilaner, or?
-Where can I obtain dual citizenship? Very little information it can be found on the actual application... Where should I go? Who decides whether I may have a dual citizenship?
-Suppose I apply a new Brazilian passport (incl ballot paper and what is needed for this), can I do this from Germany out, or can this be done in Brazil on the ground? Do I get in the country without a Brazilian Passport?
-Will my German citizenship through the acquisition of the Brazilian automatically terminate? Can I call the races right? (after all, my mother is German)

My big wish is to have both nationalities, and to hold two passports. I want to lose my German citizenship but of course in no way by purchasing my Brazilian.

Glad every tip about every answer!

    Thank you very much

    Moin,
so first to your 2 citizenships.
Because you have both by birth both remain you.
You must not apply for, and also not decide.

You can keep both Staastbürgerschaften in the long run.

    Greeting
    Christian

    Like..?
Is it so simple? I have a right to both citizenships due to birth? And should I apply now for my Brazilian passport, the Germans can not terminate?
It means, that goes off if you take a different, non-German citizenship, the German..? And does not apply that in my case?

    Questions about questions

    Ursinho4711:
Yes, so it I had already thought me. I'm been retired here in Germany (wrongly, it takes but a gift like)

Thank you two schonmal for the response

Sorry, but this can please tell me someone more accurate... I need definitely no retention approval of German citizenship for the acquisition of a Brazilian Passport? Not painting an entry somewhere? This runs completely separately? In Germany, I'm German, in Brazil Brazilians?

And why is the law StAG according to § 17 not for me:
    Nationality is lost

    1. by dismissal (sections 18 to 24).
    2. through the acquisition of a foreign citizenship (§ 25).
    3. by foregoing (§ 26).
    4. by adoption as a child by a foreigner (article 27);
    5. by joining the armed forces or a comparable armed Association of a foreign State (article 28) or
    6. by declaration (§ 29).
    ?

I'm going with the Consulate sit for the purpose of military service, thank you for the note: cool: : thumbsup:
