    Frage Registry Office "Array"

    Hello together,

one question to the sequence in the tight. my girlfriend is still in Brazil and waits on her heiratsvisum. in the ausländerbehörde I was told that I independently me something would have to hurry from the visa to submit the papers at the tight, because that then are forwarded to the Court and it takes. has anyone idea ne how long something like that? and I can perform this "request" at the tight alone if I all papers (which are the?) exist have? or must be the partner doing? I fear that time is too close when we only apply if it is here. the hochzeitstermin is indeed already fully booked

Now, the first step would be to issue a note personally to the civil registry office to go and you where all the papers noted are that you need in your registry. For me, it had to be personally, was not on the phone. Is the info-notes I've received for this binding signature of Registrar, etc. I can leave me this information so.

To sign the marriage alone (team no longer exists, which is now called "Login to marry") you need an application for membership of your girlfriend. This is a power of Attorney from you, that you may register the marriage for you. Also, you can get the form for this at the registry office. Whether this application for membership in addition notarized and legalized by the Consulate must, that says you also the registry. I needed addition 1 Ledigkeitserklärung by 2 witnesses, 1 Ledigkeitserklärung from my friend, 1 copy of his passport, 1 birth certificate and just the application for membership. Everything notarially certified and then legalised by the Consulate. My Registry Office also has no translation in Brazil accepted, the translation had to be held here in Germany by an authorised translator. Inquire so previously.
With these documents you can log on the marriage at the civil registry office. The documents go to the higher regional court of your district and are controlled there. Once the OK of the higher regional court as is, you can set a date for the wedding at the registry office.

    Greetings,
    Nadine

P.S.: "Your" registry is the registry of your residence. You want to marry in a different city so you must nevertheless first to the Registry Office of your residence. You forward then if necessary the papers to your wish registry office.
    toledo74 say thank you.

I had asked me at the register Office first and then Brazil demand at the Embassy, whether it is possible for given reason to translate the documents only in D. For the Embassy, it was okay if I make it here, so that I twice nothing had to translate.

So ask to the civil registry office!
