    Do you know deported foreigners?
How does such a deportation? Since two PF officials sit with you in the plane and fly you in your home country at Brazilian State expense, with prior detention?
Brazil has recently decided an amnesty for foreigners living here illegally and it is expected approximately 50000 applications.
    gracjanski say thank you.

My information is so that an amnesty was decided in the last year.
Would be nice if you write something more accurate.
    Thank you!

Do not know where you have your info, but I think you need to tell you times something better.

As I have just anyway nothing to do better, I post here a source of information:

Camara aprova projeto de anistia a imigrantes ilegais - 18/02/2009 - Agência Estado

Camara aprova projeto de anistia a imigrantes ilegais

    02/18/2009 - 20h34

Thus should be clear the in the past year no amnesty has been decided. Say until today, the Bill (Projeto de lei) is still not approved or in force.

Hope that you now have understood that your armchair info nothing is worth.

An amnesty, there are 88, 98 and there should be in 2008. There are two legislative proposals, both have come through 2008 not quite, the amnesty will come but 2009.

The amnesty is just that-almost. President Lula has already announced it. May still take a week or 6 months, comes the amnesty.
If you have no idea, simply times.... keep.
    ptrludwig say thank you.
