Immigration destination after Germany?

first of all: I was looking for already on the search function, have become but unfortunately not find them at my concern / my question.

My question:
When can my girlfriend (bras.) (Nationals) again to Germany travel? After 3 months or 6 months.

History / facts:
They entered without a visa as tourist end of March and got its entry stamp at the airport in Madrid in the pass.

End of June (in good time before the end of the 3 month stay) we could get a "residence permit" or a residence permit for another 3 months when the competent immigration office. This residence permit (a sticker in the pass;) was temporary as a visa until September 30, 2008.
My girlfriend went out then on the 25.09.08 and scored (again) in Madrid their exit stamp in your Passport (thus almost 6 months legal stay in D or in the Schengen area on a piece).

The aforementioned "residence permit" is based on "article 7 section 1 page 3 residence Act".
(Have now already more often to hear, that because on the part of the Immigration Office soooo much benevolence contrary was brought and that this type of the extension of the residence permit is anything but self-evident).

Experience since someone has or can someone to say something since when she again at the earliest may travel up to D?
After 3 months-> late December-> or only after 6 months, because it was Yes last also just 6 months at a time here?

PS: According to my knowledge your girlfriend from December 25, 2008 (as 90 days later) must travel again.

I see so. She must wait at least 90 days before you may enter again as a TOURIST in the Schengen area.

I had also tried that on the first visit of my friend still Brazilian. So, the normal 90 days to extend more 90. Have a smooth rebuff at the ABH. received. ABH said that since you need very good reasons (illness, pregnancy or marriage in Germany) to the regular stay to extend for another 90 days.That they which have done well very rare with you,.
