For the time being, your buddy needs with give her nothing.

Dsas girl turns to the GK in Rio:

    German:
    http://www.Rio-de-Janeiro.Diplo.de/V...ularhilfe.html

    Portuguese:
    http://www.Rio-de-Janeiro.Diplo.de/V...tartseite.html

and applied there for a wedding visa (VISTO en NOIVA). The Consulate will forward the request to the Federal Office of administration in Cologne and will be then with the Immigration Office of the city in which your buddy lives in conjunction. The ABH sits then surely with your buddy in connection regarding Declaration of commitment, etc... If he then can tell plausible all the ABH the visa is only mere formality!

    Have fun!

    Hello again,.

first thank you for the help.

Now, but suddenly a problem emerges. The friend of my friend, has a son with 10 years and 1 daughter with 19 years!

According to Consulate Munich, it is not possible that the daughter after Germany for whole comes with. Can that be?

Possible according to the Consulate also not through adoption! Hmmmmm???

    Would be grateful for clarification.

Am as not with the subject familiar, but sometimes it can be already! Guess that it thus relates, that the daughter is already Volljährig and therefore there is no entitlement to visa and subsequent residence permit on the basis of family reunification.

Best you familiarizes you times with the law relating to aliens in Germany. ((www.info4alien.de), or let you times legally advised, what is already installed in the described situation, or the design of the case.

A friend of mine used to have a similar problem. His wife had 2 daughters (not common). One was then 14 years old, the other just above 16. He could get only the 14-year within the framework of family reunification after Germany. The 16-year-old fell below no longer and had to remain in their home country at grandparents and father. However some years ago.
